Paleo Diet – Day 18 – 4-Mar-2019


Friends, so many of you have pinged me personally raising concerns on whether this much weight loss at a limited time interval is healthy for me. Thanks for all the affection. But rest assured, this is completely healthy. I am not exactly starving. I am fit and fine and this diet is personally prescribed for me based on my medical reports.

Also a couple of friends enquired whether they can follow the same diet as mine to reduce weight. No, this plan is customized for me and if you are interested I can give you the references. Then maybe you can try it out.

Morning again forgot to have coconut oil.

Breakfast – Had a handful of almonds

Lunch – I had murunga keera fried in ghee. Its my favourite food when I was a nursing mom. I had to have murunga keera in any form and my mom used to fry the leaves in ghee and give everyday. The aroma is so alluring and the taste is just heavenly. It was not available here for some time and yesterday I suddenly spotted that at the market. I immediately grabbed a bunch and it became a yummy lunch.



Dinner – Son was persistent for prawn fry from his favourite restaurant and I was tempted to have outside food too. I had barbeque chicken.

2 lites of water and one litre of lemon water – Done.

Day 18 Completed. 82 Days to go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
