My Third phase started today and the 80’s countdown have
come down to 70’s now. I will be checking my weight tom.
Morning 30 ml cocnut oil on empty stomach – Done
Breakfast – Handful of almonds
Lunch – Spinach but I made vegetable biryani at home and
everyone said it tasted good. To Tell the truth I was solely tempted to have a
bite but didn’t give in. Lets see how long I stay without biryani.
Snack – 1 big guava and a cheese slice
Dinner – I had tawa fried fish. Its been long and I was
craving it for a while. So made a point to satisfy the craving and got fish.
Smeared masala, marinated and fried in tawa. It was most yummy yummy.
2 Litres of water and 2 litres of lemon water – Done
21st day done. 79 days to go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
