It was a real hectic day and I started spring cleaning. If I
start with one thing to clean immediately one more pops in my mind and the
things to clean just heaps up. I also had to meet someone officially and I was
at my wit’s end in the morning.
Morning 30 ml coconut oil on empty stomach – Done
Breakfast – As I mentioned earlier, morning was pretty
hectic for me and I just had a mouthful of the yesterday night’s left over
paneer fry.
Lunch – I had gone to my aunty’s house as she had been missing
my kids for quite long. I did not inform her of what I can actually eat for
lunch. So I had only 4 tomatoes there, which I had cut , added salt, tossed it
and ate. I had a big draught of buttermilk too.
My aunt made vada for the kids which is like my most
favourite food in the world. But all I could do yesterday was to stare at them.
To be honest, I was little tempted but thankfully didn’t give in.
Dinner – Once I had this frugal meal, I made up my mind to
have a feast at night and I did have. I ordered grilled chicken and had it like
a pro.
Missed snack too.
Had only 2.5 litres of water.
Day 28 done. 72 days to go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
