Paleo Diet - Day 16 - 2-Mar-2019

I was fully roaming around and I couldn’t concentrate much today on my water.

Morning 30 ml coconut oil on empty stomach – Done

Breakfast – Handful of almonds

Lunch – I had grilled chicken at a restaurant. It was so so yummy. I was looking forward to eat outside and at lunch time I made it a point to go to the nearest good restaurant to have a grill. I had a very small bite of a tandoori chicken too.



Snack – I had two tomatoes sprinkled with salt.

Dinner – I had 3 egg omlette.

Drank ½ litre of lemon juice and 2 and a half litres of water.

Day 16 done. 84 Days to go !!!!!!!!
