Paleo – Day 17 – 3-Mar-2019



The day started on a great note for me. I have lost one more kg. Hip Hip Hurray!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s a great motivation for me to get me through the 100 days. When I started off this diet, I was told that I will be reducing 75% of my required weight loss in the first 30 days and the remaining 25% of my weight loss will be in the next 70 days.


Lets see how far it takes me.

Forgot to have coconut oil in the empty stomach

Breakfast – Had a handful of almonds

Lunch – Sunday is too hectic for me every week as my son doesn’t have school and hubby will also be at home and spending time with the kids. It will be a big job for me to clean up after them and I literally forgot to have lunch.

Snack – I had two guavas

Dinner – I ordered and had grilled chicken.

I had severe throat pain and my voice changed a bit. So people at home advised me from having lemon water. So 2 litres of water only throughout the day.  I know I have been relaxing. But will be cutting down the slacks very soon.

Day 17 Done. 83 Days to go !!!!!!!!!!!
