It feels great when the countdown has reached 80’s from the
90’s. Already I have started making plans on the list of dishes to have on my
100th day. I miss masala coated fried groundnuts very badly.
Morning 30 ml Coconut oil on empty stomach – Done
Breakfast – I had grilled paneer. Usually I cut paneer to
pieces , add salt and chilly and grill it in the sandwich maker. Yesterday I added
lemon juice to it, God knows why. It did not come out well from the griller. No
matter how long I grilled, it was soggy at the end. But I was so hungry and hogged it all up.
Lunch – I had bottle gourd. I don’t like it usually but
yesterday it was ok ok.
Snack – I had two guavas. I did not have cheese yesterday.
The guavas I picked were too big and filling.
Dinner – I had mutton chukka. My most favorite.
I was doing something or the other and completely forgot to
drink water.
Drank only 2 litres and one litre of lemon juice. Today have to regularize it.
Day 12 done. 88 Days to go !!!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteவெறும் மட்டனை மட்டும் சாப்பிடாமல், மட்டனில் உள்ள ஈரல், குடல், இரத்தம் இவைகளை தனியே உணவாக சாப்பிட்டால் கூடுதல் பலன் தரும். மனிதர்களுக்கு எந்தெந்த உறுப்புகளில் பாதிப்பு உள்ளதோ அதையே ஆட்டிலிருந்து எடுத்து சமைத்து உண்டால் அந்தந்த உறுப்புகள் பலப்படும்.
