Paleo Diet has started working.
I really started to feel light and energetic but the numbers
still say the same weight. Lets check after a week.
I have not read the Paleo diet properly it seems. Beans are
also not allowed but I had them yesterday.
Have researched thoroughly and have
made a chart of what to eat and what not to eat extensively.
Today was again a bit of a travel day with errands to run
and something official too. So not much of experimental diet but the same
monotonous one.
Cocount oil on an empty stomach, the first thing in the
morning – Completed
Breakfast – Again almonds. This is actually easier and very
satisfying too.
Lunch – Cabbage stir fry
Dinner – Grilled Paneer
Snack – 3 Guavas and 2 cheese slices
Had 2.5 litres of water only and 2 glasses of lemon juice
and one glass of buttermilk.
I have searched for different recipes and have bought lots
of veggies today. Will start experimenting from tom. Tomorrow’s menu – Paneer idli,
Spinach sautee and grilled chicken.
Day 6 done. 94 Days to go !!!!!!!
