After a great achievement of losing one 1 kg , I was really
looking forward to start the diet today.
There is not much of a change or an innovation today.
Morning 30 ml of Coconut oil on empty stomach – Completed
Breakfast – Almonds. Not roasted but plain. I had two spoons
of ghee after that.
Lunch – Again had chow chow but piped down the spices today
and it was great. Too lazy to cook the spinach and I didn’t have today.
Snack – Had one slice of Cheese and one guava
Dinner – Had chicken. But cheated here a little. I was
supposed to have chicken with the skin but had without it. I bought the chicken
skin out because people like it that way at home. I did not want to wait and
get chicken with skin for myself alone.
Chicken + Tomato + Onions + Garlic + Ginger + aromatic
spices a little = Chicken gravy.
It tasted good but I found I could not have it just like
that. I needed rice or chapathi or something like that to have non veg. So
could not have so much of it and felt pukish.
Had 2 litres of water and one litre of salted lemon juice.
Day 8 done. 92 days to go !!!!!!

ReplyDeleteகடைகளில் சிக்கன் தோலை தனியாக எடுத்து வைத்திருப்பார்கள். நாம் கேட்கும் பட்சத்தில் தோலை தனியாகத் தருவார்கள். முதலில் அரைக்கிலோ சிக்கனை தோல் இல்லாமல் வாங்கிவிட்டு, கொஞ்சம் தோல் இருந்தால் குடுங்கன்னு கேட்டு வாங்கிக்கலாம். சிக்கனை தோலுடனும், மட்டனை கொழுப்புடனும் சமைக்கும்போது எண்ணெய் குறைவாய் உபயோகித்தால் போதுமானது. உடலுக்கும் அது மிகுந்த சத்தாக அமையும்.
