It’s been 10 days today. I am starting to really like this
Paleo Diet. The pics I had clicked yesterday at my son’s school got many
positive comments. (For my picture, of course). I am really so motivated by the
comments and so eager to finish the remaining 90 days.
Morning 30 ml coconut oil on empty stomach – Done
Breakfast – Had 3 slices of cheese and 1 guava
Lunch – Had an omlette of 3 eggs
Snack – Again 2 slices of cheese
Dinner – Dinner was a pleasant surprise. I had ordered grill
chicken through swiggy and they called me back to inform that they have run out
of grilled chicken and they can deliver tandoori chicken In place. I asked them
to call me back in a couple of minutes and I pinged Sundara Pandian anna to
check if its allowed for me and waited for the reply fingers crossed. He pinged
me back saying, its allowed once in a while and its better if its just this
once. I literally jumped and confirmed the restaurant to deliver me the same.
Had half tandoori chicken with mint chutney. It was a happy
ending for the tenth day.
I was supposed to walk 6000 steps per week. I took the kids
to the park by walk to and fro. I guess that’s done for this week then. Have to
properly plan and go for a walk from next week.
Had 3 litres of water and one litre of lemon water.
Day 10 Done. 90 Days to go !!!!!!!!
